 Kailen’s Candy Catering is a breath of fresh air to the industry of vending. While it’s not your average “computer ‘systems’ business,” KC² explores a new realm of business, in the vending industry that gets so little recognition in America. While the vending industry is basically a monopoly controlled by few major vending companies, KC² stands out in comparison through its ability to cater to the needs and preferences of the customer.
 
 
 
 
KC² Business Idea:
 
Kailen’s Candy Catering is a vending company that serves local businesses and government, churches, and community organizations throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Region. We place vending machines in these various locations and a percentage of the revenue generated from those particular machines is placed back into that facility.We provide every kind of vending machine offered in vending to date.
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
  
Community Outreach:
 
KC² Business Management and Operational Internship Program

In congruence with the vending component of Kailen’s Candy Catering we have developed an educational component as well. The KC² Business Management and Operational Internship Program allows students from grades 9-12 with some exceptions, to develop skills in the areas of finance, accounting, inventory, and several other business related skills.
